Ingredients

    2 lbs stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
    4 medium carrots, chopped
    2 celery ribs, chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes
    *3/4 cup red wine (or beef broth)
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tsp ground mustard (couldn't find in food list)
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup water
    3 tbsp flour

Directions

Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low.

Mix flour with 1/4 cup water and stir into the stew.

Cook on high for 30 minutes
