Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)
    *Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 1 serving (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .4 pepper (remove)
    *Hormel Bacon Bits, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup (remove)
    *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 1 serving (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Bake the chicken at 350 degree for 25 minutes or until no pink. Meanwhile dice the jalapeno up (with our without seeds based on how hot you would like) and mix with the laughing cow cheese and season garlic and spread mixtur on the Tortilla. Once chicken is complete, dice or shred and add to the tortilla and top with the spinach. Roll. Enjoy!
