Ingredients
-
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) Blue Bonnet Light Spread, melted
2 Egg whites
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Hershey Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Hershey Premier White Chips
2 tsp Half and Half Cream
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Tips
Chilling the dough before baking makes the cookies not spread out and be too thin.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, mix together sugars, flour, and baking soda. Mix in Blue Bonnet, egg whites, vanilla, and half & half. When everything is well mixed (amount of half & half can be varied depending on dryness of dough), mix in chocolate and white chips. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray if not using a non-stick pan. Place dough on cookie sheet in rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
