Ingredients

    Tilapia filet, 3 filets
    Kalamata Olives, pitted, 4 oz
    Manzanilla Green Olives, 6 Olives
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained
    Sun Dried Tomatos , 30 grams
    Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    Fennel fronds, 2 grams

Directions

chop and combine all ingredients EXCEPT fish
place fish in foil, top with 1/3 of tapenade
close foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
