Ingredients

    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic

    1 cup fresh Broccoli in small bouquets
    1 small zucchini, sliced

    2 cups medium sliced Brussel sprouts

    1 tsp coconut oil

    Fish sauce and sesame oil to taste, same with salt and pepper

Tips

If adding meat or seafood, I fry that after I have fried the onion, carrot and garlic. When the meat/seafood is half done I add the greens but leave the Brussel sprouts to the last minute.


Directions

Over medium heat fry onion, carrot and garlic until softening slightly. Add Broccoli and Zucchini. Stir and season. At the end add the shredded Brussel sprouts. Season more if needed.



Serving Size: 3 large servings or 4 smaller
