Ingredients

    1/2 pound Vennison, any cut or grind
    1 fresh onion (chopped )
    1 Cup shredded carrots
    2 cans light red kidney beans (15.5 oz can)
    2 cans Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz can)
    1 can Tomato sauce
    Pack of Chilli Seasoning Mix
    1 Tbsp *Marmite
    Optional: add shredded pepper jack cheese to top

Tips

You could also use dark kidney beans or 1 can of each.
Add green peppers or chilli peppers to personal taste.


Directions

Cut Venison into small pieces and brown with onion and carrots in large pot or slow cooker. Add remaining ingrediant except cheese. Simmer for 4 to 6 hours until done. Serve with Pepper Jack Corn Bread and add pepper jack cheese to garnish chilli
