Ingredients

    1/4 cup of Onions
    4 Pepperonconi Hot Peppers
    1 Celery Stalk
    1 cup Chicken (skinless)
    3 Slices of Tomato
    1 Tbsp Lite Mayo
    2 Tbsp Fat Free Wishbone Blue Cheese Dressing
    1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    1/2 tsp Oregano Leaves (Dried)

Tips

Eat plain or with on an Arnold Sandwich Thin (100 calories) and a great source of protein and dietary fiber. Pair with an apple for a great lunch.


Directions

Dice up onions, hot peppers, celery, tomato and chicken into tiny pieces. Add to bowl, stir together. Add mayo, blue cheese dressing, garlic salt and oregano. Mix Well. Enjoy
