Ingredients

    1/2 cup cottage cheese (2% milkfat)
    5 cubes ice
    1/2 cup almond milk
    2 tbsp sugar free lemon pudding mix
    1/2 honey graham cracker (half of one long sheet)
    1 packet truvia sweetener
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Body Fortress)

Tips

The longer it sits the thicker it gets (because of the pudding mix). I recommend drinking it right away or freezing it to have as ice cream later.


Directions

Just put everything into the blender and WHIR!

This seriously tastes like a lemony cheesecake in a glass. And it has 42 grams of protein! It is a meal replacement shake. It's almost 350 calories, folks. Please don't think this is your drink alongside your regular breakfast.
