Ingredients

    3 Onions, peeled and quartered
    3 cloves garlic, peeled
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp dried parsley
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Cook onions and garlic in water, until soft, blend with 1 tbsp oil, with hand blender, add 1 tsp parsley, adjust to taste with salt & pepper.
