Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Melt: 1/4 c. margarine
    Add: 1 c. milk and warm (Don't boil)
    Add: 2 c. old fashioned oats
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Add: 3/4 c. brown sugar ( or Splenda brown sugar)
    1 mashed ripe banana
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, well beaten
    Mix and add: 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Mix well.
    Add: 1 c. frozen blueberries
    1 tsp. cinnamon, if desired
    Mix gently. Fill to top of muffin cups.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Directions

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
