    1 medium banana
    4 medium strawberries
    1 tablespoon flax seed meal
    1 cup frozen fruit

Directions

Add ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistence. Can add ice if you like.

    I have a similar recipe that you freeze the banana so you dont have to use ice cubes and you add a TBSP of cocoa powder and a cup of spinach. the cocoa powder makes it like brownie batter!!! YUM - 3/29/12

    Bad
    I didn't like the taste of the coconut milk alone with the fruit. I will try it again by adding 1/2 cup of yogurt. - 11/30/11
