Ingredients

    1 large onion
    2 granny smith apples cut into 8-10 slices
    6 oz chicken breast cut into slices
    salt and pepper to taste
    rosemary to tase
    1 can fat free cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup chicken broth 98% fat free (mix with soup to thin out)


Directions

Layer onion first in crock pot. cover with sliced apples, then lay chicken over that. sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. cover with soup.

cook on low 6-8 hours.

serve over rice.
