Ingredients

    6 cups All-Bran
    5 cups whole wheat flour
    2 cups boiling water (pour over All-Bran)
    3 or 4 egg whites
    2 cups brown sugar
    1 cup honey
    5 tsps baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 quart skim milk soured with 1 tbsp vinegar
    1 cup applesauce
    1 cup ground flax seed
    4 cups non- packed raisens
    2 tbsps black strap molasses

Directions

Cook at 400 for 20 minutes. Makes 6 dozen muffins.
