Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beef chuck, or stew meat, 1 lb bite size dice
    Worchestire sauce, 2 tbsp
    Sweet Corn, 1.5 cup
    Frozen Cut Green Beans, 1 cup
    Sweet Potato, skin removed diced, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Condensed Tomato Soup, 1 can
    Small can diced green chilis (ortega), 1/4 cup
    Water or Beef Broth, about 4-6 cups
    Red Bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced
    Green Bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced

Tips

The chilis are not at all spicy; they just give good flavor.


Directions

- Pour Worchestire sauce over beef (you can marinade over night if desired)
- Dice Onion, peppers and sweet potato.
- Place all of the ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for about 7-8 hours.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
