Ingredients

    10 oz or 283.5 grams diced venicon
    2 chopped medium carrots
    .5 chopped medium onion
    3 cloves diced garlic
    1 chopped cellery stalk
    8 cups water
    1/2 cup flour
    4 medium potatos

Directions

Put water and venison in stew pot. Boil for 1 hour. add onion, garlic let boil for 1/2 hour. Then add potatos, carrots and cellery.let simmer for 1 hour. add flour to thicken. serve
