Ingredients

    Meatballs:
    3/4 pound x-lean ground turkey
    1/2 tsp horseradish
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tbsp minced onion
    3 drops tabasco
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    Sauce:
    3/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 tbsp minced onion
    1 tsp mustard
    1/2 cup water
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tsp horseradish
    3 drops tabasco
    dash pepper

Tips

My family likes the meatballs served over rice.


Directions

Combine all meatballs ingredients except oil. Shape into balls. Heat oil in large pain; brown meatballs then transfer to slow cooker. Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cook on low for 5 hours.
