Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz

    1 cup Onions chopped
    2 tbsp Garlic Powder or 1 whole clove minced
    1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper

    3.5 cup Chili Beans in Medium Chili Sauce
    3.5 cup Black Beans Low Sodium (drained)
    3.5 cup Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted with Garlic
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    3 tbsp Cumin - Ground
    8 oz diced green chilis
    1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
    1 tbsp Cider Vinegar

Tips

You can always add more or less seasonings to taste. This has a little kick to it.

For even lower fat, use 99/1 turkey.

**Try adding a 1 - 2 tbsp Fage fat free unflavored yogurt.... you can hardly tell that it isn't sour cream.


Directions

1. Cook ground turkey in large pot until no longer pink.

2. Add onions, half of garlic and half of pepper. Cook for additional 3 minutes, mixing in seasonings.

3. Add all additional ingredients and mix well

4. Bring to slight boil and turn heat down to simmer.

5. Cook additional 5 minutes or so.

6. Serve and enjoy.
