Ingredients


    No Pudge Brownies - Clone

    Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup cocoa
    2 egg whites (optional, for cake like brownies)
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    2/3 cup applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp peppermint extract
    nonstick cooking spray

    (may substitute 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt for applesauce and vanilla extract)

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Mix all dry ingredients.
    3. Add applesauce and vanilla, mint extract and eggs; mix well. Batter will be very thick.
    4. Spray and 8x8 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    5. Spread batter evenly.
    6. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
    7. Remove and cool.
    8. Dip a knife in warm water and cut into 16 squares
