Ingredients

    Ocean Perch (fish), 450 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Parsley, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields (remove)

Directions

Place fish on alufoil big enough to cover the fillet.
Add all ingredients and close foil.
Bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes. (depends on the thickness of the fillet)
