Ingredients



    Leeks, 3 cup
    Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 6 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Milk, 3.25%, 1 cup
    Butter, salted, 20 grams
    Water, tap, 4 cup 8 fl oz (more or less as required)

Tips

either eat as it is or blend half and mix
If all is blended it can be eaten hot or left to cool and eaten as Vichysoisse!


Directions

melt butter and cook onions
add leeks and cook over a low heat for 5mins
stir in potatoes and add chicken stock
and enough water to bring to boil
simmer for 15 mins and add milk
add milk
