Ingredients

    3 1/2 pound round roast beef
    1 cup diced turnip
    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup diced celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    water to fill pan only about 1/4 of the way up.

    For Sandwich:
    3/4 cup beef mixture
    1 ciabota roll
    1 slice swiss cheese
    1 t basil pesto
    1/4 cup au jus

Directions

Cook roast until doneness of your choice. When everything is done, take roast out, puree vegetables in water until thick and creamy. Once roast is warm enough to handle cut into pieces and run thro food processor. Add vegetable puree and mix.
