Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 lb Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast-- cut into pieces
    Season Chicken with Garlic Powder, Onion powder, salt and pepper
    2 Bunches of fresh Broccoli -- cut into flowerets
    10 lg. Mushrooms -- cleaned and cut in half or sliced
    10 baby carrots-- cut in half or thirds
    1 bell pepper-- cut into strips
    ¼ medium Onion --cut into strips
    3 cloves of Garlic
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Salt and Pepper
    3 dashes Hot Sauce

    Sauce
    1 Tb. Soy Sauce
    1 Tb. Water
    2 Tb. Corn Starch
    1 Tb. Brown Sugar
    1 Tb. Ground Ginger
    1 Ts. Wine Vinegar
    Stir all ingredients together and set aside.


Directions

Prepare Sauce --Set aside\

Spray pan or wok with cooking spray
Add chicken, onions and garlic, sprinkle with a couple of dashes of Hot Sauce—Stir fry 3minutes or until Chicken becomes white.
Add Veggies and 3 Tbs. Water, cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Stir in Sauce and cook until sauce thickens.

Serve alone or over white rice.

    Very Good
    I used more mushrooms, no salt and low sodium soy sauce. Also tossed in a bit of grated ginger. - 5/21/19

    Incredible!
    This recipe is great, it has excellent flavor! I used colorful carrots and added fresh asaparagus and put it over brown rice. I'm looking forward to having it for lunch tomorrow. - 5/13/15
