Ingredients

    1 teaspoon fresh ginger
    1 cup fennel bulb,* chopped (approx. 3 cups)
    1/2 fresh lemon or lime juiced
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 cup avocado
    1 clove garlic
    2 cups water


    *You do want some of the green stalks and the fronds of the fennel in your soup.
