Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    2 tbsp ground Flax Seed
    2 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    3/4 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground

    Wet Ingredients:
    1 cup of cubed peaches peeled
    1 cup of plain soy milk
    1 medium egg
    1/4 cup canola oil

Tips

Slice the loaf down the middle long ways and then 6 times down the width. (14 servings)


Directions

Mix the dry ingredients. Add each wet ingredient and then stir. Once everything is mixed place in lightly greased loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (or until a knife is inserted and comes out clean
