    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Nopales, cooked, 3 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Oil, 1tsp
    cliantro 4-5 sprigs chopped


Chop onions, tomato, jalepeno, add a tsp of oil to pan, saute under medium heat until cooked add nopales. In a blender add water 1/4 piece of onion and 1 clove and blend on high. Add to pan, add salt to taste and boil until nopales are tender and most of the water has evaporated, add cliantro, lower heat and cover until done.

Serving Size: makes 6 1/4 cup servings
