Ingredients

    1 lb. chicken breast, boneless and skinless
    1 cup green bell pepper diced in large chunks
    1 cup orange bell pepper diced in large chunks
    1/2 yellow onion diced in large chunks
    La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce- 10 oz.
    Dole Crushed Pineapple- 20 oz.

Tips

I used La Choy Brand, an entire bottle, which was not an option for the ingredients calculator. Use as much or as little as you like.


Directions

Cook chicken thoroughly, then add in veggies. Cook until tender to suit your taste, then add sauce and pineapple. Simmer until hot. Pour over rice or any other way you wish to serve it.
