Ingredients

    Mix:
2 Tbs creamy (I prefer low sugar) PB with 1TBS hot water until well combined
Add in the following, adjusting to your tastes:
    1TBS soy
    1Tsp dark sesame oil
    1Tsp fresh grated ginger
1Tsp rice vinegar (cider works too)
    1-2 cloves of garlic crushed
pinch of hot cayenne to taste

A dash of thai fish sauce is also good if you are not vegetarian.

Tips

Some recipes for peanut sauce are caloric because the PB is thinned with a lot of calorie laden liquids. Hot water works just fine to thin, while preserving the peanut flavor. Some people prefer a citrus, e.g. lime, to rice vinegar. Add to hot noodles...can chill and serve cold too. Add herbs like cilantro and mint. Could
