    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 cup
    *JIF creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup
    Honey, 1/4 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/2 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Wheat germ, crude, 1 cup
    Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds (28 almonds chopped), 1 serving
    EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 12 tbsp
