Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups frozen raspberries
    3 T honey
    Lemon juice (to taste but i used 2 wedges)
    .5 t vanilla extract
    3 T water

Tips

Makes more than 8 servings but i don't drench my french toast in syrup.


Directions

Add all raspberries in a small sauce pan and put on med-high. Once things start getting hot start crushing up the raspberries with a wooden spoon in the pan and really mixing everything up. Once boiling reduce heat to a low simmer and allow to boil until as thick as you would like.
