3 cups of chopped onion
3 cups of chopped tomato
2 tbsp corn oil
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp of bahraini spice mix
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp black lemon powder
2 Maggi stock cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Serve with basmati rice or lavash-type of bread and a big green salad. Here in UAE i use Khobuz Irani (iranian bread) or a pita bread.

saute onion in oil until translucent
add lamb cook until browned
add tomato cook until tomato mushy
add rest of ingredients
