Could the chicken stock be substituted with vegetable stock? That way it would be vegetarian - 8/22/18

This isn't vegetarian, it has chicken stock in it. Otherwise, it looks a very nice dish. - 3/16/18

    Very Good
It's very good, but it's not vegetarian and too much sodium. My makeover increased the calories slightly (247 vs 220) but has no cholesterol, cut the sodium in half, added a gram and a half of fiber, and about half a gram of protein. https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-det
