Ingredients

    2 cans of canned salmon, with bones and skin
    1 cup of lour
    2 large eggs
    2/3 cup of chpped onion
    3 teaspoons of baking powder

Directions

drain salmon and set aside 4 tablespoons of juice for later
Mix drained salmon, eggs, and onion until sticky
Mix in 1 cup of flour
Add 3 tps of baking powder into the 4 tablespoons of the juice from the canned salmon
Add baking powder mixture to the salmon mixture and stir well.
Form into 10 eqaul sized patties and then pan fry on each side until golden brown.

Serving Size: makes about 10 equal sized patties
