Ingredients

    FISH
    4bassa fillets or any fish you like
    6-7 small lemons divided
    4-5 cerrano pepers
    garlic salt to taste
    black peper ( fresh cracked is the best)
    pam cooking spray
    4 big pieces of good brand foil wrap ( big enough to cover the whole fish like a boat

    LEMON AND CERRANO SAUCE
    add the juice of 5 small lemos to your blender than add the cerrano pepers. blend all together to a smoth and thick consistency add salt(and watwer if u need)

Tips

if you want the cerrano flavor but dont want to feel the burn just take the seeds and the white part of the pepper out and follow the steps. trust me this sauce is delicious for fish tacos , for ceviche or any sea food you like ....


Directions

pat dry your fish and season it with garlic salt and pepper. sprinkle your foil paper wrap with ccoking spray and palce your fish. add a squezze of lime and cover the fish with the foil.put it in the oven at 350 for 30-35 min until fish is tender. serve with the cerrano sauce and some brown rice
