    Tuna, Canned in Water, 7 oz
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Soy Flour, 1 tbsp
    Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *French's Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    *French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard, 1 tsp
    Tabasco Sauce (Franks Louisiana Hot Sauce), 1 tsp
    Celery, raw, 1 tbsp
    Cilantro, dried, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 grams


Eat all by itself as a quick high protein snack.

Separate Tuna into chunks
Blend in all other ingredients
Lightly saute in olive oiled pan.
