Ingredients

    2 cans albacore tuna drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can fat free milk
    4 slices fat free american cheese cut in pieces
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 T dried onion flakes
    1 Tsp dry dill
    1 T Lemon juice
    1 Tsp lemon zest
    4 Oz no yolks noodles, cooked and drained

Tips

Topping can be sliced almonds, crushed croutons, canned french fried onions, crushed crackers, etc. adjust calories to allow for topping


Directions

mix all ingredients other than topping, transfer to a 8x8 pyrex dish, sprayed with cooking spray. bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes and topping and bake an additional 10 minuites
