Ingredients

    Tilapia Filet (Costco frozen Tilapia filets)
    Olive Oil (Costco)
    Garlic Powder (Costco)
    Italian Bread Crumbs (Costco)

Tips

I usually don't use an entire tsp of bread crumbs on each side. More like 1/2 a teaspoon. Don't let the filet stick to the pan, it'll fall apart. Keep the heat low to prevent this. Goes great with asparagus!


Directions

coat pan with olive oil / place filet in pan then turn on low heat / whiten side (approx 5 min) then flip / whiten second side (approx 5 min) then flip / sprinkle garlic powder over top & cook 5 min then flip / sprinkle 1 tsp of italian bread crumbs over top & cook 5 min then flip / sprinkle another 1 tsp of bread crumbs on 2nd side & cook 5 min then flip / cook another 1-2 min - Done.
