Introduction

These make use of my 3-legume butter, and are a delicious, no-bake, healthy snack to bring to work or school that tastes like the classic cookie! These make use of my 3-legume butter, and are a delicious, no-bake, healthy snack to bring to work or school that tastes like the classic cookie!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2.6 oz raisins
    4 oz chopped figs
    Boiling water
    2.5 oz dates
    9.5 oz 3-legume butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    pinch sea salt

Directions

In a bowl, combine raisins and figs.
Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes.
Drain and add raisins and figs to a food processor with the raisins, 3-legume butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Puree until a thick doughy paste forms.
Press evenly into a 9" square pan and chill until firm, then cut into bars.

Serving Size: makes 9 bars
