Ingredients

1/4 cup sliced raw almonds
1 12-oz package store-bought broccoli slaw
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp agave nectar (or honey)
3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
Directions
1. Toast almonds in a frying pan....set aside to cool
2. Broccoli slaw and cranberries in the serving bowl
3. All ingredients from olive oil to end of list combine in small bowl or measuring cup. Mix very well, add to broccoli slaw. Toss to coat. Add in cooled almonds. Set aside (room temp is fine for up to 4 hours). Hot day or longer refridge till ready to serve.
