Ingredients

    1/2 cup special k protein plus cereal
    1/4 cup fiber one original cereal
    1/4 cup gerber's freeze-dried apple (pure fruit)
    1/2 cup !% cottage cheese
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (sun warrior used in calculations)
    1/4 cup liquid egg whites
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp apple pie spice
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp stevia

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl (I like to add in spices/sweetener last so they get better incorporated).
Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 10-20 more minutes before cutting.

Serving Size: makes 4 small bars
