Ingredients

    It is actually whole bay leaves.

Directions

Take sausage out of casing and brown. Add all chopped veggies. Saute for around 5 minutes. Add a large can of crushed tomatoes and any seasoning you would like. I added red pepper flakes,3 salt, and italian seasonings and garlic. Let simmer for five minutes. Add broth, pepperoni, kale and a can or two of water. Bring to a boil and then turn heat down and let simmer uncovered for half an hour. Serve with some grated parmesan!
