Ingredients

    8 oz shirmp, cooked
    1/2 cup Onion, raw
    1/2 Mushrooms, fresh
    1 tsp garlic
    4 Flour Tortillas
    1 oz Mozzarella cheese (part skim milk)
    1 tbl Salsa
    1 tbl sour cream

Directions


In a small skillet cook onion and garlic until brownned. Add mushroom pieces and Shrimp and cook until warmmed through.

Spoon the mixture into 4 tortillas dividing evenly. Top each with Mozzarella cheese, sour cream and salsa.
