Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 LB Venison Steak
    1 Can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (98%fat free)
    1 Can Campbell's cream of celery soup (98% fat free)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 large apples pealed & chopped
    1 small bag baby carrotts
    6 red potatoe's quartered
    2 TBS Flax meal
    1 1/2 Cup water
    2 TBS Kitchen Bouquet Browning & Seasoning Sauce

Directions

Put frozen venison in crock pot and add all other ingredients, and cook on medium heat for 8 hours. If some one is home to put the potatoe's in the last 4 hours instead of in the morning they will be less mushy, but it will also work all day.
