I love to make 2 or 3 jars on Sunday night for an easy breakfast during the week! Small ball jars work perfectly!

Mix oats, milk, and additional ingredients of your choice into a jar or small container.

Seal and keep in the fridge overnight. They should keep fine for up to a week if sealed well.

Eat cold or warm up.

calories-1/2 cup dry oats is 150 calories. That said I love these. Favorite:1 tab coco powder, 1-2 tabs sugar free syrup, 1 small date &1 teaspoon chopped pecans-turtle oatmeal. I add 1/2 to 1 tab coco to pumpkin with some cranberries. Usually eat cold, add yogurt added sometimes too. Love PB2 also - 6/20/17
