calories-1/2 cup dry oats is 150 calories.That said I love these. Favorite:1 tab coco powder, 1-2 tabs sugar free syrup, 1 small date &1 teaspoon chopped pecans-turtle oatmeal. I add 1/2 to 1 tab coco to pumpkin with some cranberries. Usually eat cold, add yogurt added sometimes too. Love PB2 also
