Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 eggs
    1 1/2 cups of half & half
    8-10 slices of bacon (I used 8)
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup softened cream cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Throw the bacon in a pan and cook until as crunchy as you like it. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and add bacon pieces. Add equal parts of the mixture to each muffin cup. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired texture is achieved.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins

    This was GREAT!!! My family & friends loved them.
    The only changes I made was I used turkey bacon & a little more cheese because my family is crazy about cheese. Thanks for the recipe!!!
