Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

1 Box Pillsbury Moist Supreme Strawberry Cake Mix
    1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
    2 Eggs

1 Can Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Strawberry Frosting

Tips

These freeze very well. They take about 30 minutes to thaw. I freeze them so I don't over-indulge. By the time the cookie has thawed out I've got to REALLY think about whether or not I want to "spend" my calories on this treat. Sometimes it's definitely worth the splurge... IF you're a strawberry cake lover! My experience is that people either love these or hate them. I wouldn't advise making them if you're not a dedicated fan of strawberry. If you substitute Vanilla frosting they are a little less overwhelmingly strawberry-ish.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the first three ingredients until all ingredients are well blended and form a soft dough. Roll dough into 24 - 1 to 1 1/2" balls. Place the dough balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until the edges just start to turn golden. Do not overbake. The cookies will be soft and fluffy looking.

Cool cookies completely then frost each cookie with 1 tablespoon of the icing.
