    *Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour, 1.75 cup
    *Palm Sugar .5 cup
    Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup (1/2 cup)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Grapeseed Oil, 1 cup
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    1/4 tsp powdered stevia
    1/8 tsp vanilla creme liquid stevia

Directions

cook at 350 for 20 min (mini muffins) or 25-30 for full sized muffins
