Ingredients

    6 oz probiotic smoothie
    1 scoop whey protien
    1/2 tblsp ground flax
    1/2 tblsp flax oil
    1 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 cup frozen fruit (I pick out a piece each of peach, mango, strawberry, pineapple mix from the freezer bag)
1/2 cup ice or water (to fill my blender cup)

Tips

If I can't go out of my way to grab the Stonyfield Super Smoothie with 6 strains of probiotics at Whole Foods then I substitute (2 of the 3oz) DanActive Probiotic Smoothies (even though it only has 1 strain of probiotic)

Directions

I add all the ingredients in my personal Oster MyBlend travel cup for super easy clean up after. I simply adjust the amount of fruit and ice to accomodate different blender cup size. I like to skip ice and can use the old 12oz blender but Mom needs extra fruit/ice/water (thus I moved to the MyBlend 20oz cup. HeeHee!)

Serving Size: makes one blender cup (12oz to 20oz)
