Ingredients

    4 skinless chicken breasts- raw
    1/2 cup Italian Dressing - divided
    4 medium potatoes- quartered
    4 large carrots - quartered
    1 large onion- quartered

Directions

Butter crock pot or use non-fat spray such as PAM.
Cut up carrots, potatoes and onion. Place half of vegetables into crock pot. salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1/4 cup of Italian Dressing over top of vegetable. Place chicken breasts on top of vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Place other half of vegetables on top of chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour remaining 1/4 cup of Italian Dressing on top of all. Cook in crock pot on high for 5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
