Ingredients

    8 oz. cooked chicken breast, in chunks
    3/4 c. chopped or sliced green peppers
    3/4 c. chopped or sliced red peppers
    3/4 c. chopped or sliced onion
    2 cloves garlic
    (1) 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes or 2 c. marinara sauce
    1 T. olive oil
    10 small black olives, sliced
    10 small green olives, sliced
    1 T. capers, drained
    Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp., or to taste

    4. oz.Barilla Plus penne or other whole grain pasta

    2 T. shredded romano or parmesan cheese


Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet. Add chunked chicken and sautee until mostly cooked. Set aside on paper towel.

Add peppers, onions, garlic and sautee until half cooked.

Add tomatoes (pasta sauce), chicken, olives, capers, and seasoning and simmer for 15 minutes.

May be served over rice or pasta
